2 Months After Primary Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage + Full Face Fat Grafting
본문

From the side, my face looked flat,
and I was concerned about midface volume loss
and a generally low and small nose.
I especially disliked photos taken from the side,
so this had been a long-standing concern for me.
While researching clinics, I came across RU Plastic Surgery through short-form videos.
The results looked very natural, yet the nasal tip definition stood out beautifully,
which led me to book a consultation.
I had already been considering autologous rib cartilage even for my first surgery,
and this clinic felt like the right fit.
I was initially nervous about procedures involving the columella,
but after hearing that Dr. Hyun Joo Kim personally designs and adjusts it,
I felt a strong sense of trust.
The consultation was thorough and detailed,
which gave me confidence to proceed with surgery.
My surgical plan included
autologous rib cartilage for the tip,
a silicone implant for the bridge,
nasolabial angle correction,
bulbous tip correction,
and full face fat grafting for overall facial balance.
What I appreciated most was that the design was not excessive,
but rather focused on enhancing a natural and refined side profile.
Now at two months post-op,
most of the major swelling has subsided,
and even the residual swelling has improved significantly.
As the shape continues to settle,
my side profile has clearly improved,
and from any angle—front, side, or three-quarter—
both my nose and midface look much more balanced.
I am very satisfied with my decision to have surgery at RU Plastic Surgery.
