STEP. 01Make an incision approximately 1.5 cm
along the chin line, pull and tighten
the platysma muscles on both sides,
and move the sagging neck skin
to the jawline and neck contours. -

STEP. 02Pull the platysma muscles backward
and secure them in place. -
STEP. 03Make an incision along the sideburns,
hairline, and ear wrinkle line,
extending toward the back of the ear. -
STEP. 04Detach the SMAS layer by separating it
from the underlying supportive structure
and lift the muscle layer flap. -
STEP. 05Pull and secure the SMAS layer
in the desired direction to improve
the mid-face and lower facial areas. -
STEP. 06Trim the remaining skin and close
the incision with double-layer sutures
to complete the procedure.
