2 Weeks After Revision Rhinoplasty for Contracted Nose with 3D Customized DCF
본문

After my first rhinoplasty, I wanted further improvement,
but soon developed a contracted nose, with an upturned, shortened shape.
I eventually removed the silicone,
and my nose became even shorter over time.
Before 6 months had passed,
I searched extensively and found RU Plastic Surgery.
After seeing many reviews and photos,
the style matched exactly what I wanted, so I booked surgery the same day.
During consultation, Dr. Hyun Joo Kim didn’t say
everything would be possible, and focused first on restoring
the contracted nose to normal.
The honest and realistic approach actually made me trust him more.
Before surgery, I received
stem cell treatments once a week, for a total of five sessions.
Each time, the nasal tissue became softer and more natural.
At first it was quite painful, but by the last session, it was very manageable.
My surgical plan included revision rhinoplasty (4th),
autologous rib cartilage, temporal fascia,
Innofit 3D customized DCF, contracted nose reconstruction,
nasolabial angle correction, columella lengthening,
and short nose correction. After surgery, in the recovery room,
the head coordinator and staff kept checking on my condition,
and stayed with me until the anesthesia fully wore off,
which I still remember. My nose only felt slightly sore on the day of surgery,
and the fascia donor site didn’t hurt at all.
The rib area felt tight until about day 4, but now there’s no pain.
The areas I wanted to improve— columella and bridge length—
have now been fully corrected. I feel much more confident
meeting people now. Family and friends all say
it turned out very well. If I had to choose again, I would definitely return
to RU Plastic Surgery. It truly feels like all the time I spent
with a contracted nose has been rewarded.
