Before surgery,

I was self-conscious about my low nasal bridge,

a short, upturned columella,

and a slightly bulbous nose,

which made my facial features look less defined.

My goal was to lengthen my short columella

and create a naturally higher bridge

without looking overly dramatic.

so I decided to undergo rhinoplasty

Now, two months after surgery,

the remaining swelling has continued to improve,

and my nose is settling into its final shape beautifully.

It looks even more natural than it did during the first few weeks,

which has made me even happier with the result.

The firmness I initially felt

around the bridge and tip of my nose

has also been gradually softening over time.

I'm very satisfied with how naturally everything is healing

and look forward to seeing the final result as the rest of the swelling continues to subside.
