6 Months After Revision Rhinoplasty for Drooping Nasal Tip with Autologous Rib Cartilage

It has now been 6 months
since my revision rhinoplasty
for a drooping nasal tip
with Dr. Hyun Joo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery,
and at this point,
I barely even think about having had surgery.
The columella area,
which I had worried looked too thick at first,
turned out to be mostly swelling,
and as it improved,
the overall shape settled very naturally.
People around me usually can’t even tell
that I had rhinoplasty.
Personally, when I compare my current nose
to old photos,
I’m very satisfied because
the drooping tip that bothered me before
has clearly improved.
The scar under the nose
is also barely noticeable now.
The only thing I still notice
is the rib donor scar,
which remains a reddish-brown color.
I’m curious to see
how much more it will fade over time.
