2 Weeks After Low Nose Rhinoplasty and Fat Grafting
본문

Before surgery,
I was bothered by my low bridge
and how my nose spread when smiling,
so I became very self-conscious in photos.
I also wanted more overall facial definition.
Since it was difficult for me
to visit many clinics in person,
I spent a long time researching online instead.
Rather than a factory-style system,
I wanted a clinic where one surgeon
would personally manage the entire process.
What I liked about RU Plastic Surgery
was that the results looked natural overall
without appearing excessive,
which led me to book a consultation.
My surgery included
bulbous tip correction,
septal deviation correction,
autologous rib cartilage for the bridge,
autologous rib cartilage for the tip,
along with fat grafting
to the under-eye and nasolabial areas.
Dr. Hyun Joo Kim focused on explaining
only the areas that truly needed improvement
instead of suggesting dramatic changes,
which gave me a lot of trust.
After surgery,
I was surprised that there was
very little swelling or bruising.
I later heard that
when the tissues are handled carefully
without excessive trauma,
recovery can be much smoother.
Even after removing the splint,
I could clearly feel the swelling improving quickly,
and the columella scar also looks very clean.
The rib donor incision was minimized as well,
so overall recovery has felt very smooth.
What I’m most satisfied with
is that from the front,
my nose still looks like “my nose,”
but the wide and spread appearance
has been refined naturally,
and the bridge has more definition now.
Rather than looking completely different,
it feels like only the exact areas
I wanted to improve
were carefully refined,
which makes me even more satisfied with the result.
