3 Months After Male Revision Rhinoplasty

It has already been 3 months
since my revision rhinoplasty
at RU Plastic Surgery.
My surgery included revision rhinoplasty,
a silicone implant for the bridge,
and autologous rib cartilage for the tip.
Now that 3 months have passed,
it feels like most of the swelling is gone.
The redness around the columella
has also faded significantly compared to last month.
The surgical scars have lightened a lot as well,
to the point where they are barely noticeable
unless viewed very closely.
During my 3 month follow-up,
I was told that recovery is progressing well,
which gave me reassurance.
In the beginning after surgery,
the sensation in my nose felt unfamiliar,
but now it feels much more natural,
almost like my own nose.
I also had functional surgery
to correct my deviated septum,
and breathing has become much more comfortable.
I was able to receive insurance reimbursement
for the functional portion as well,
and the process was handled smoothly.
While visiting for follow-ups,
I also received additional aesthetic treatments,
and I could really tell
that Dr. Hyun Joo Kim is both skilled and efficient.
Whenever I had questions,
he always answered kindly and thoroughly,
which I really appreciated.
