1 Year After Revision Rhinoplasty for Drooping Nasal Tip

This wasn’t my second surgery,
but actually my third rhinoplasty overall.
It was my second revision surgery,
and I decided to undergo another procedure
because my nasal tip kept dropping over time
no matter how much it was previously lifted.
For this surgery,
autologous rib cartilage, silicone,
and some ear cartilage were used.
