2 Months After Primary Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage

My original nose had a curved, semi-upturned shape,
and overall the height was quite low.
From the front, it looked wide and undefined,
almost like a bulbous nose,
which made the area between my eyes
appear even wider.
