6 Months After Primary Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage

Even though it was my first rhinoplasty,
I chose autologous rib cartilage because
Dr. Hyun Joo Kim is known for handling it very well.
I also felt it would be stronger than septal
or donor rib cartilage.
Now at 6 months, I’m very satisfied
with my surgery at RU Plastic Surgery.
The shape came out exactly how I wanted,
and most of all, it looks very natural.
Even with rib cartilage,
it really feels like my own nose.
People often say they can’t tell
I had surgery at all.
I can see it settling more over time,
which makes me happier every time I look at it.
There is still a slight scar
at the rib donor site,
but overall, I’m very satisfied.
I’m really glad I chose autologous rib cartilage
for my first rhinoplasty.
Thanks to Dr. Hyun Joo Kim’s skill,
the results feel very reliable.
If the scar fades more,
it will feel perfect.
