3 Months After Revision Rhinoplasty (Contracted Nose), Eyelid Revision, and Facial Contouring

This was my third rhinoplasty. My first surgery used silicone,
but I experienced implant protrusion, so it had to be completely removed.
For my second surgery, I chose a clinic known for autologous rib cartilage,
but over time it developed into a contracted nose,
and my already short nose became even shorter,
with visible nostrils, which caused me significant stress.
I ended up wearing a mask almost all the time,
and since I had already gone to a well-known clinic, I nearly gave up,
thinking another surgery wouldn’t make much difference.
Then I came across revision cases for contracted nose at RU Plastic Surgery,
and since the results matched what I was looking for,
I decided to visit for a consultation as a last attempt.
After reviewing many cases by Dr. Hyun Joo Kim
and receiving a detailed consultation,
I felt confident and decided to proceed
with surgery without considering other clinics.
At the same time, I also had facial contouring and eyelid revision,
which I had been thinking about for a long time.
The first 2–3 days after surgery were quite difficult since everything was done at once,
but after about a week, I was able to return to daily life without major discomfort.
Now at 3 months, most of the major swelling has already subsided,
and even the remaining swelling has reduced significantly,
making my overall facial lines look very natural.
Before, glasses or sunglasses would slide down my nose,
and wearing a hat made my face look wider due to my cheekbones,
but now those issues have improved a lot, so I’m very satisfied.
Although the cost isn’t low, having gone through multiple
revisions made me realize that choosing the right clinic
from the beginning saves both time and money.
