It has been four weeks since my bulbous nose surgery.
The procedure was performed using autologous rib cartilage
and a silicone implant, along with bulbous nose correction
and nasolabial angle adjustment.
At this point, most of the major swelling has resolved,
with only slight swelling remaining at the nasal tip.
Both the bulbous tip and low nasal bridge
have improved naturally,
and overall I am satisfied with the result.
During my recent follow-up visit,
Dr. Hyunjoo Kim mentioned that my recovery
is progressing well and that the remaining swelling
at the tip will continue to decrease over time.
Currently, I have no pain or discomfort
in my daily life.
I am pleased with both the shape of my nose
and the overall outcome of the surgery.
