In my previous surgery,
only the nasal tip was augmented,
and over time, a visible step-off formed
between the bridge and the tip.
I didn’t like how the line looked disconnected,
so I decided to undergo revision surgery
to create a smoother, more natural transition.
While considering several clinics,
I came across RU Plastic Surgery.
After reading reviews about
Dr. Hyunjoo Kim’s aesthetic sense,
I decided to go in for a consultation.
During the consultation,
he explained everything based on
my facial proportions,
which gave me confidence
to proceed with him.
Compared to my previous surgery,
I was surprised that
the swelling was not severe
even from the first day.
Of course, days 2–3
were when the swelling peaked
and felt a bit uncomfortable,
but overall it was more manageable
than I had expected.
Now at two weeks post-op,
most of the major swelling
has subsided,
though some residual swelling remains.
Even so, I can already see
that the step-off has been corrected
and the overall line looks
much smoother.
So far, I’m satisfied with the result,
and I’m looking forward
to it settling more naturally over time.
