One-Month Update After Short Nose and Low Bridge Revision Rhinoplasty
본문

Before revision surgery, I had significant nostril asymmetry,
a high radix, and a low nasal tip.
I wanted to improve the overall nasal bridge contour,
which led me to decide on revision rhinoplasty.
I learned about RU Plastic Surgery through an online community.
Because this was a revision procedure,
I carefully consulted with multiple clinics.
Among them, Dr. Hyunjoo Kim’s surgical plan and results
aligned most closely with the aesthetic outcome I was seeking,
so I decided to proceed.
After thorough consultation with Dr. Kim,
the surgical plan included shaving down the existing AlloDerm
in the radix area and covering it with temporalis fascia.
The nasal tip was reconstructed using autologous rib cartilage,
along with columellar lowering, nasolabial angle adjustment,
and correction of nostril asymmetry.
