Six Months After Revision Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage
본문

It has now been six months since my revision rhinoplasty
using autologous rib cartilage at RU Plastic Surgery
with Dr. Hyunjoo Kim.
Most of the swelling has resolved,
and the nasal contour has become significantly more natural over time.
The result does not appear obviously surgical;
rather, my overall facial impression simply looks more refined.
After the initial swelling subsided,
I feel that the current stage is the most aesthetically satisfying.
The outcome is not excessive,
and my face appears more balanced and harmonious overall.
People around me often comment that it looks very natural,
and I am genuinely satisfied with the result.
Surgical details included silicone for the nasal bridge,
autologous rib cartilage for structural support,
long nose correction, nasolabial angle adjustment,
and removal of non-dissolvable filler material.
