My hump nose, deviated nose, and bulbous nasal tip were not adequately corrected during my first rhinoplasty,
so revision surgery had been a long-standing goal for me.
Over time, these concerns became more prominent,
and I decided to proceed with revision rhinoplasty.
I focused my research on clinics known for natural-looking results,
revision rhinoplasty, and reconstructive cases.
After consulting at RU Plastic Surgery,
I decided to move forward based on trust in Dr. Hyunjoo Kim’s aesthetic approach and surgical plan.
Autologous rib cartilage was used for the nasal tip,
with additional procedures including nasolabial angle correction and osteotomy.
Now at three months postoperatively,
the nose remains stable without any signs of tip drooping.
I feel much more confident about my profile,
as the previously uneven nasal contour has been significantly improved.
There is still some internal scar tissue present,
but I understand this should improve with time.
Breathing has also become noticeably more comfortable compared to before surgery.
