1-Month Post-Op Straight-Bridge Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage
본문

Before surgery, my nose had a semi-ski slope shape and was very low overall.
From the front, I also had a bulbous tip, which made my glabella look wider.
That was the main reason I decided to undergo rhinoplasty.
I chose RU Plastic Surgery because it is a single-surgeon system,
and Dr. Hyunjoo Kim personally performs the surgery.
I also felt reassured knowing that autologous rib cartilage
is frequently used there with high satisfaction rates, even for primary cases.
During the consultation, both the consultation manager
and Dr. Kim explained everything thoroughly and kindly,
which gave me even more confidence in my decision.
My surgery was done using silicone for the bridge
and autologous rib cartilage for the tip.
Dr. Kim recommended a softly defined, rounded bridge and tip
that would suit my facial structure without looking overly sharp.
Now that it has been about one month,
my bridge and tip have been elevated in a refined yet natural way.
The bulbous nose correction from the front view
also turned out really well.
Some of my friends who also have bulbous noses
have even asked me where I had my surgery done,
which honestly makes me really happy.
