One Month After Male Revision Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage

I had previously undergone nasal surgery for rhinitis,
so I was aware that revision would require strong structural support
using autologous rib cartilage.

After thorough discussion, I proceeded with revision surgery,
and it has now been about one month.
When comparing my current appearance to preoperative photos,
the improvement in nasal shape is clearly noticeable.
Overall swelling, including residual swelling, has been steadily decreasing.
There is still some swelling along the nasal dorsum,
but I was informed that this will continue to subside over time.
