The reason I proceeded with a third revision was that
the starting point of my nasal bridge was excessively high,
giving my face a harsh impression.
In addition, the nasal tip had become deviated,
and as the skin thinned over time,
noticeable contour irregularities developed.
Believing this would be my final surgery,
I conducted extensive research.
I repeatedly came across cases involving
autologous rib cartilage rhinoplasty,
and both the photographic results and my consultation experience
stood out to me.
Among all consultations, communication with the surgeon
was the clearest and most aligned with my expectations.
The procedure performed by Dr. Hyunjoo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery included
autologous rib cartilage,
columellar lowering,
and a customized 3D Inofit silicone implant.
It has not yet been two weeks since surgery,
so swelling is still present.
However, I am already satisfied with the nasal line.
The nasal deviation has been corrected,
and the previous contour irregularities have been well addressed.
