One-Month Follow-Up After Short Nose Revision Surgery
본문

It has been one month since I underwent short nose surgery with Dr. Hyunju Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
Because my nasal tip felt overly elevated and the overall nose appeared slightly short,
I proceeded with a short nose revision using autologous rib cartilage for both the nasal tip and dorsum,
combined with the DCF technique utilizing deep temporal fascia.
At this one-month stage, scar tissue formation is expected,
so I am focusing carefully on postoperative management,
and a scar tissue laser treatment is planned at the three-month follow-up.
There is still some residual swelling,
but the nasal tip contour looks rounded and natural,
and overall, I am very satisfied with the current result.
