First Rhinoplasty and Fat Grafting – 1-Month Postoperative Review
본문

From the side, my face always looked flat,
and my nose felt generally low and small.
I especially disliked profile photos,
and it had been a long-standing insecurity.
While researching clinics, I came across RU Plastic Surgery through Reels.
The results looked natural yet clearly defined,
with nasal lines that felt refined rather than artificial.
I had always wanted my first rhinoplasty to be done using autologous rib cartilage,
and RU Plastic Surgery aligned perfectly with that preference.
I was initially apprehensive about columellar work,
but after hearing the explanation that the columella would be directly designed
as part of the surgical plan, my trust increased significantly.
The consultation was detailed and thorough,
which gave me confidence to proceed with surgery.
The procedure included autologous rib cartilage,
silicone for the nasal bridge,
nasolabial angle adjustment,
bulbous nose correction,
and full-face fat grafting to improve overall facial balance.
I particularly appreciated the approach of enhancing the profile
without making the result look excessive or overdone.
At one month postoperatively,
some minor residual swelling remains,
but most of the major swelling has already subsided.
I can comfortably wear makeup again,
and my satisfaction level is already quite high.
People around me often comment that my overall impression looks more refined,
which makes the change feel even more real.
As the remaining swelling resolves,
I expect the lines to become even more refined.
Overall, both the process and the outcome feel like a decision I do not regret.
