Two Months After Total Autologous Rib Revision Rhinoplasty (Male)
본문

It has now been two months since my male revision rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery.
Both the nasal bridge and nasal tip were reconstructed entirely using autologous rib cartilage,
and I have almost fully returned to my normal daily routine, including regular exercise.
Because rib cartilage was used, I was initially concerned about potential discomfort
during movements that place pressure on the chest area, such as burpees or chest workouts.
Fortunately, up to this point, I have been able to exercise without any significant issues
or limitations.
I am also very satisfied with the nasal shape created by Dr. Hyunjoo Kim.
People around me often say that it does not look like a revision surgery at all,
and that my nose appears naturally higher, making my face look slimmer overall
and giving me a much better impression.
Since my original nose was relatively low and small,
I wanted a nose with a bit more presence,
and the result has refined my previously round impression
into a sharper, slightly more masculine look that aligns well with what I wanted.
At first, it took some time to adjust to the change in my appearance,
but now I am very comfortable and satisfied with the result.
There is still a mild tight sensation in the nose,
but I expect this to improve naturally with more time.
Overall, I am very satisfied with both the surgical outcome and the recovery process.
