One-Month Postoperative Review After Bulbous Nose Correction (Autologous Costal Cartilage and Silicone)
본문

It has now been four weeks since I underwent bulbous nose correction
at RU Plastic Surgery.
At this stage, the swelling has significantly subsided,
and as the nasal structure has settled,
the center of my face feels much more balanced,
with a noticeably clearer and more defined overall impression.
The columella has been positioned naturally,
and the nasolabial angle appears well proportioned.
People around me have consistently commented
that the result looks very well done,
and compared to before surgery,
my appearance feels more refined and sophisticated.
At this point, the nose feels completely natural,
as if it were my original anatomy,
and I have fully adapted to it in daily life.
During my recent follow-up visit,
Dr. Kim Hyun Joo personally performed nasal irrigation
and confirmed that the swelling is resolving well
without evidence of excessive scar tissue formation.
This reassurance has made the recovery process
feel even more stable and comfortable.
