Revision Rhinoplasty Experience

My nose gradually became shorter, as if affected by inflammation.
The nasal tip drooped and collapsed, eventually developing into a pig nose appearance.
Because the nose appeared lifted in a way similar to a contracted nose,
I began seriously considering revision rhinoplasty.
While researching clinics that specialize in contracted nose revision,
I came across RU Plastic Surgery.
During the consultation, what stood out most was that
Dr. Hyun Joo Kim’s aesthetic sense aligned perfectly with the outcome I wanted,
which gave me strong confidence in proceeding.
For the revision surgery, autologous rib cartilage and silicone were used.
The procedure included short nose correction, columella lengthening,
nasolabial angle adjustment, and internal alar reduction.
At this point, I have no pain at all and often forget that I even had revision surgery.
The shape of the columella looks more refined,
and the incision scars have noticeably faded as the redness has subsided.
The result matches the straight-to-slightly-curved nasal line I was hoping for,
and overall, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.
