Two-Month Follow-Up After Revision Rhinoplasty Using Autologous Rib Cartilage for Short Nose
본문

After my initial rhinoplasty,
the nasal tip gradually descended and the nose appeared shorter,
which led me to pursue revision surgery after reviewing extensive patient experiences and information.
Based on this process, I chose to undergo revision rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery.
Compared with my preoperative condition,
the improvement in my nasal shape is clear,
and I feel satisfied each time I look in the mirror.
I personally prefer a natural-looking nose,
and I am especially pleased that the result is not excessive
and blends well with my overall facial features.
For this revision surgery,
the surgical plan included correction of the nasolabial angle
and short-nose correction using autologous rib cartilage.
At the one-month follow-up,
I received laser treatment for swelling,
and Dr. Kim Hyun Joo personally evaluated my postoperative condition.
It has now been two months since the revision surgery at RU Plastic Surgery,
and I am approaching the three-month postoperative mark.
I am already looking forward to further reduction in swelling
and to seeing the final, fully stabilized result after six months.
