Four-Month Review After Revision Rhinoplasty Using 3D Custom DCF
본문

It has been almost four months since I underwent revision rhinoplasty
using a 3D custom DCF technique at RU Plastic Surgery.
As this was my N-th revision surgery,
I had significant concerns prior to the procedure.
However, this time the nose feels structurally stable,
with a sense of secure fixation that I had not experienced in previous surgeries.
Because it is winter and I have fair skin,
the nasal tip still appears slightly bluish in cold temperatures.
Despite this, the overall shape and contour are, for the first time,
truly satisfactory to me since my initial rhinoplasty.
I am looking forward to warmer weather,
when circulation improves and the nasal appearance becomes more consistent.
For reference, the procedure was performed using
full autologous rib cartilage for both the nasal bridge and tip,
customized with a 3D mold, along with nasolabial angle correction.
