Two-Month Postoperative Review After Revision Rhinoplasty

At two months after revision rhinoplasty,
the swelling has significantly subsided,
and the lateral profile has become noticeably more refined.
I now feel more confident taking profile photographs,
and as the nasal contour has become more defined,
the overall facial structure appears more three-dimensional.
A major goal of the surgery was to correct the previously shortened nose
and restore the columella, which had appeared overly resected,
by reshaping it into a smoother, rounded contour.
This aspect appears to have been well corrected,
and the nasal tip projection also seems appropriately elevated.
At present, there is no discomfort in daily activities,
and I am satisfied that the nasal line continues to look more natural over time.
I recently attended a follow-up evaluation,
during which I was informed that the recovery process is progressing stably.
Both the nasal tip and overall contour are settling as expected,
with no specific issues noted and continued healthy healing.
