After developing a contracted nose
from a previous rhinoplasty,
my overall appearance changed so much
that meeting people became very stressful.
I asked a close friend
who had already undergone three rhinoplasties,

After a lot of consideration,
I finally decided to undergo contracted nose revision surgery.
At first,
I honestly just wanted my nose
to look normal again
and return as close as possible to how I looked before.
After seeing the before-and-after photos,

matched exactly what I wanted.
For me,
it was important to find a clinic
that had experience with contracted noses
while still creating natural-looking results.
Because my nasal condition was quite severe,
I waited about six months before surgery
and received stem cell treatments
approximately every two weeks.
That process was not easy,
but now I feel that the wait was worth it.
For my revision rhinoplasty,
diced autologous rib cartilage
and scalp fascia were used.
It has only been two weeks since surgery,
but I already feel confident enough
to meet people and take photos again.
My contracted nose had become short and upturned,
with very visible nostrils,
which was one of my biggest sources of stress.
Now, that appearance has improved so naturally
that I feel like I can see
the face I had in my twenties again.
People around me keep telling me
how well the surgery turned out
and that all the effort was worth it.
I’m extremely happy with the result so far.
This experience really made me realize
how much the nose can affect
the overall impression of the face.
