It has now been two weeks since I underwent my third revision rhinoplasty.

Before this surgery, there was a noticeable difference between the right and left sides of my previously operated nose.

 In particular, the nasal profile appeared different depending on which side I was viewed from, and this asymmetry had become a significant source of concern for me. 

I was also not fully satisfied with the postoperative follow-up and revision process at my previous clinic, which ultimately led me to consider another revision rhinoplasty.

RU Plastic Surgery was relatively higher in cost compared with some of the other clinics I considered. 

However, after reviewing numerous patient experiences and before-and-after photographs,

 I developed confidence in the clinic’s approach to rhinoplasty and decided to proceed with a consultation.

During my consultation, Dr. Hyunju Kim carefully explained the current condition of my nose and the areas that could realistically be improved.

 His detailed explanation of the surgical approach gave me confidence in moving forward,

 and the revision rhinoplasty was ultimately performed using autologous rib cartilage.

One of the aspects I have been most pleased with after surgery is the recovery process.

 My recovery has been much faster than I initially expected, and I experienced very little bruising.

 The swelling also subsided relatively quickly, so returning to my normal daily routine did not feel particularly difficult.

The surgical process itself also felt more manageable than I had anticipated, and overall, the early recovery period has been relatively comfortable.

Most importantly, I am very satisfied with the improvement in my side profile. Compared with before surgery, 

the nasal contour now appears considerably smoother, more natural, 

and more balanced from the side. Since this asymmetry was one of my biggest concerns before the revision, 

seeing such a noticeable improvement has made me very satisfied with the result so far.

Although I am still only two weeks into the healing process,

 I am pleased with how the overall shape is settling and look forward to seeing further refinement as the remaining swelling continues to subside.
