One-Month Review After Revision Rhinoplasty
본문

Before / 1m post-op
It has now been one month since I underwent revision rhinoplasty.
Although there is still some residual swelling,
I can already see that the columella and nasal tip have been reinforced and now appear more supported and better defined than before surgery.
The previously compressed appearance of my nose also seems to have improved, and I have become increasingly satisfied with the result as the recovery continues.
As part of my postoperative care, I received laser treatment for the scar at the autologous rib cartilage donor site,
as well as an injection to help manage scar tissue in the nasal area.
I was also prescribed medication to help prevent excessive scar tissue formation during the healing process.
This revision rhinoplasty was performed by Dr. Hyunju Kim at RU Plastic Surgery. At one month postoperatively,
I am pleased with how the overall shape is developing and look forward to seeing further refinement as the remaining swelling continues to subside.
