Two Weeks After Revision Rhinoplasty for a Drooping Nasal Tip > 리얼셀카 | RU성형외과

I underwent my first rhinoplasty approximately 10 years ago. Over time, 

I became increasingly concerned that the silicone implant was becoming visible beneath the skin, which ultimately led me to consider revision rhinoplasty.

My nasal tip was also relatively short, and I was not fully satisfied with how my profile looked from the side. 

This time, I wanted to approach surgery with the intention of not having to undergo another rhinoplasty in the future,

 so I visited several plastic surgery clinics in search of a natural and refined result that would not feel artificial or out of place on my face.

Because this was a revision procedure, I was especially cautious when choosing a clinic.

During my consultation, Dr. Hyunju Kim personally explained the surgical plan in detail using a presentation,

 which made the consultation feel thorough and professional.

 Since I specifically wanted to undergo revision surgery using autologous rib cartilage rather than relying on additional synthetic material,

 I ultimately decided to proceed with Dr. Kim because of his extensive experience with autologous rib cartilage rhinoplasty.

So far, my recovery has been progressing well without any signs of inflammation. 

Friends who are familiar with rhinoplasty have told me that my nose looks noticeably more natural and refined, and I have also experienced relatively little swelling.

Interestingly, people I had not seen for some time did not immediately realize that I had undergone revision surgery, 

but instead commented that I looked more attractive overall. Personally, the improvement in my side profile is the aspect I am most satisfied with.

Rather than looking dramatically different, 

my nose now feels more naturally balanced with the rest of my facial features, which is exactly the type of result I had hoped for.
