One-Month Review After Bulbous Tip Rhinoplasty Using Autologous Rib Cartilage
본문

Before / 1M post-op
Before undergoing rhinoplasty, my nose had a broad and bulbous appearance, with a relatively low nasal bridge and a recessed-looking columella. These were the main areas I wanted to improve through surgery.
While researching different clinics through a cosmetic surgery app, I came across RU Plastic Surgery.
I felt that Dr. Hyunju Kim’s usual surgical style closely matched the type of aesthetic result I personally preferred, which ultimately led me to choose RU Plastic Surgery for my procedure.
The aspect I am most satisfied with after rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage is how natural the result looks.
Rather than creating an artificial or overly dramatic appearance, the nose was designed to complement my original facial features while still providing the refinement I wanted.
My previously low nasal bridge has been elevated in a subtle and natural way.
From the frontal view, my nose used to appear relatively broad and bulbous, but it now looks noticeably slimmer, more defined, and more refined.
I am also especially pleased with the improvement in the columella. It was lowered and adjusted to better suit my facial proportions, which has helped create a more balanced overall appearance.
At one month postoperatively, I am very satisfied with how naturally the nose blends with my face and with the improvement in the areas that had concerned me most before surgery.
