Three-Month Review After My First Rhinoplasty
본문

Before / 3M post-op
It has now been three months since I underwent my first rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage at RU Plastic Surgery.
As the swelling around the glabella and upper nasal bridge has gradually subsided, I feel that the overall appearance of my nose has become more natural.
The height of the nasal tip does not seem to have changed significantly compared with the one-month stage, which makes me feel that the overall shape is becoming more stable.
My nose has become noticeably softer than it was during the early recovery period, although the tip still feels somewhat firm.
I also occasionally experience a mild aching sensation when pressing around the alar area, so I feel that there may still be some residual swelling in that region.
Before surgery, I told Dr. Hyunju Kim that I wanted a natural-looking nasal line.
I am very satisfied that the result maintains a natural appearance while still providing noticeable improvement in both the nasal height and the shape of the tip.
At three months postoperatively, I am pleased with how the nose is continuing to settle and look forward to seeing it become even softer and more natural as the remaining swelling gradually subsides.
