This is a review of my fifth rhinoplasty, performed by Dr. Hyunju Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
Because I truly hoped this would be my final revision rhinoplasty, I spent a great deal of time researching different clinics before making a decision.
I eventually heard through an acquaintance that someone they knew had undergone successful revision surgery for nasal contracture at RU Plastic Surgery after receiving stem cell treatment. That experience encouraged me to schedule a consultation, and after meeting with the clinic, I decided to proceed with surgery.
It has now been approximately one month and one week since my fifth rhinoplasty.
I did not experience significant swelling even during the early postoperative period, and as the remaining swelling has continued to subside, people around me have increasingly been asking where I had my surgery done.
I am especially pleased that the overall nasal length appears shorter, which also makes my midface look more compact and balanced.
Most importantly, the nostril asymmetry has improved noticeably. This was one of the areas I had been particularly concerned about, so I now feel much more comfortable and confident when taking videos.
I have not yet been able to attend my one-month postoperative follow-up, but at this stage, I am very pleased with how naturally the nose is settling and with the improvements I can already see.
