Three-Month Postoperative Review After Revision Rhinoplasty

After my first rhinoplasty,
I was unhappy with how short and upturned my nose looked,
and the columella appeared excessively trimmed.
Over time, the nasal tip also began to droop,
resulting in a parrot-beak–like appearance,
which I found particularly distressing.
This time, I underwent revision rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery,
where both the nasal tip and nasal bridge were revised.
The procedure included correction of a deviated nose
and columellar lengthening.
Autologous rib cartilage was used for the nasal tip,
and silicone was used for the nasal bridge.
Now at three months postoperatively,
the nasal line has become noticeably slimmer,
and the nasal bridge has more definition.
I have even been told that I look as though I have lost weight,
which has been very encouraging.
The previously deviated nose has also been clearly corrected,
and I am extremely pleased with this improvement.
I have not been able to attend my recent three-month follow-up
due to a busy schedule,
