Revision Rhinoplasty for Nostril Asymmetry and Deviated Nose One–Two Weeks Postoperative Review

I decided to undergo revision rhinoplasty
because the deviated columella and crooked nose visible from the front
were causing me significant stress.
I was looking for a clinic that prioritized
a natural outcome and thorough postoperative care.
Given Dr. Kim Hyun Joo’s extensive experience with revision rhinoplasty,
I felt confident that he would be able to address
my main concerns, including the deviated nose
(with one side appearing collapsed)
and the asymmetry of my nostrils.
During the consultation,
the focus was placed on correcting the deviated nose
using autologous rib cartilage,
and the surgical plan was tailored
to match the aesthetic direction I was aiming for.
Immediately after surgery,
the swelling was quite severe,
and I briefly worried that something had gone wrong.
However, the swelling decreased noticeably day by day,
and I began to feel more satisfied with the result.
The correction was done in a very natural way,
without altering my overall facial image,
and I am especially pleased with how my side profile looks in photos.
The surgery was performed at RU Plastic Surgery,
and the photos referenced were taken
approximately one to two weeks after surgery,
during which there was still some bruising present.
