One-Month Postoperative Review After Short Nose Correction Using Autologous Costal Cartilage

It has been one month since I underwent revision surgery
for short nose correction.
One of the most noticeable improvements
is that the nostrils are far less visible from the frontal view,
which I find very satisfying.
People around me have also commented
that the swelling resolved quickly
and that the result looks very well balanced,
making photo sessions much more comfortable and enjoyable.
At a recent follow-up visit,
I developed mild sinus-related inflammation inside the nose
and returned to the clinic for evaluation.
Dr. Kim Hyun Joo personally performed nasal irrigation
and provided detailed and reassuring explanations,
which helped me feel at ease.

the materials used included silicone,
autologous costal cartilage,
and donated dermal graft for dorsal support.

columellar lengthening,
nasolabial angle correction,
