It has been nine months since I underwent long nose revision rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery.
At this point, the autologous rib cartilage and the columellar scar are barely noticeable.
In my previous rhinoplasty experience,
despite being told to wait six months,
the nasal tip began to lower and droop as early as two to three months postoperatively,
which was very disappointing.
This time, however, because autologous rib cartilage was used,
the nasal tip has remained stable without drooping
and the shape has been well maintained.
I originally came to RU Plastic Surgery through a recommendation,
as an acquaintance had achieved excellent results here.
Even so, after learning about the septal reinforcement and extension technique,
I felt that this surgical approach is particularly well suited
for patients like me who previously experienced nasal tip drooping.
I truly hope that my nose continues to maintain
this elegant straight-to-soft-line profile over time.
