Fourth Revision Rhinoplasty – 1-Month Postoperative Review

It has been six months since I underwent
lower eyelid fat repositioning
and non-incisional eye shape correction for monolid eyes
performed by Dr. Kim Hyun Joo at RU Plastic Surgery.
At this point,
my eyes feel completely natural,
as if they were originally this way.
Before the postoperative swelling fully subsided,
there were periods when the appearance felt slightly unfamiliar.
However, as time passed,
the surgical lines gradually stabilized,
and the results now appear fully integrated and natural.
Scarring is minimal
and barely perceptible.
Unless I disclose the procedure myself,
most people are unable to recognize that surgery was performed.
Compared to my preoperative appearance,
my eyes now appear clearer and more defined,
and my overall facial impression feels cleaner
and more refined.
Overall,
I am highly satisfied with the outcome
and with how seamlessly the results have blended
with my natural features.
