Reason for Choosing RU Plastic Surgery and One-Month Postoperative Experience

The reason I chose RU Plastic Surgery
was because a colleague at work had previously undergone rhinoplasty,
and her result looked so natural and beautiful

I underwent non-implant rhinoplasty
using septal cartilage and auricular cartilage.
In addition, my surgical plan included
correction of a hooked nose, dorsal hump refinement,
bulbous tip correction, nasolabial angle adjustment,
alar base reduction, alar lowering, and columellar elevation.
I am currently one month postoperatively.
At my recent follow-up visit,
I received swelling-management laser treatment
and anti-swelling injections.
As the swelling continues to subside,
my nasal line has become more stable,
appearing smoother and more feminine.
Since my nose was not originally very low,
I wanted a result that felt natural rather than excessive,
and I believe the outcome has achieved exactly that—
a refined yet understated improvement.
People around me often say that I look different,
but they cannot pinpoint exactly what has changed.
To me, that means the result looks natural and well balanced.
Once the remaining swelling at the nasal tip fully resolves,
I believe I will be even more satisfied with the final result.
