Reason for Undergoing Rhinoplasty and Two-Month Postoperative Experience at RU Plastic Surgery

I decided to undergo rhinoplasty because I wanted a more masculine nasal shape
and also hoped to improve the appearance of a bulbous nasal tip.
For the procedure, a 3 mm silicone implant was used for the nasal bridge,
and autologous rib cartilage was used for the nasal tip
with a septal extension technique.
At this two-month postoperative stage,
the structure feels firmly stabilized.
There have been no signs of inflammation,
and I do not feel that the nose has lowered at all.
As the nasal tip was elevated,
the alar width also appears to have reduced naturally,
which I am very satisfied with.
The height looks natural rather than excessive,
and during my follow-up visit,
I was told that there were no significant issues.
