Decision to Undergo Final Revision and Six-Month Postoperative Experience

I considered this to be my final revision rhinoplasty,
so I specifically sought out a clinic that performs surgery
using autologous rib cartilage only.
After reviewing Dr. Kim’s surgical outcomes,
including complex nasal reconstruction cases,
I felt reassured by his experience.
During the consultation, what impressed me most
was how confidently and clearly he explained the removal of dermal tissue.
Unlike other clinics, he did not describe it as excessively difficult,
which gave me a strong sense of trust.
It has now been six months since my revision surgery at RU Plastic Surgery,
and honestly, I feel that all the years I spent worrying were a waste of time.
As the swelling gradually subsided,
the surface irregularities continued to improve.
Because I requested a natural result,
the nasal tip is not overly dramatic
and has been shaped into a softly rounded, natural contour.
Each time I visit, swelling management laser treatment is provided,
and Dr. Kim personally checks my progress,
which has been very reassuring.
During my last visit, he also recommended laser treatment
for internal scar tissue inside the nose.
Due to time constraints, I scheduled it for my next appointment.
Overall, I feel that the postoperative care is highly professional
and thoughtfully managed.
