3D-Customized Rhinoplasty – 2 Weeks Post-Op

I had a bulbous nose,
an extremely low bridge between my eyes,
and wide nasal bones that made contouring my nose
feel like I had to create a whole new nose with makeup.
It honestly made me wonder
if this was why I learned how to draw.

I would click on videos where I liked the after-surgery nose,
and surprisingly, many of them had surgery

My surgical plan included

autologous rib cartilage,
osteotomy,
and functional nasal surgery.
