Three-Month Review After Short Nose Correction with Autologous Rib Cartilage and Silicone Implant

I underwent short nose correction surgery at RU Plastic Surgery with Dr. Hyun Joo Kim,
using autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip and a silicone implant for the nasal dorsum.
Before the surgery, I was self-conscious about my short and slightly upturned nose,
but now my facial proportions look much more balanced and natural,
so I’m very satisfied with the result.
Immediately after the surgery, I was worried because of the swelling and bruising,
but over time, everything gradually stabilized, and the nasal line began to settle beautifully.
The nasal tip feels firm and well-supported, and the bridge flows naturally without any artificial appearance.
It’s been three months since the surgery,
and I have no breathing discomfort at all.
Overall, my features look more refined and sophisticated,
and the biggest change is that my face appears much more three-dimensional than before.
