I had revision nasal surgery not long after my previous rhinoplasty,

but even though deformities appeared, I kept putting it off for years.

Recently, I decided to try one last time and underwent a third revision surgery.

I constantly sensed an odd smell, which made me want to remove the silicone implant,

and this time I chose an implant-free rhinoplasty using only autologous cartilage

for both the nasal dorsum and nasal tip.

The surgery included short nose correction, pinched tip correction,

septal reconstruction, and lowering of the radix.

Because the swelling took longer to subside compared to my previous surgeries,

I worried a lot in the beginning.

I wondered if my nose was too big,

or if it looked like a bulbous nose,

and the skin discoloration also made me anxious.

But by the third month, it became clear that it had all been swelling,

and the color returned to normal as well.

I had old scar tissue from previous surgeries,

and new scar tissue formed again this time,

but the steroid injections were effective,

so although it will take more time, improvement is expected.

Scar tissue along the alar incision protruded slightly,

so I received scar laser treatment and bilateral scar injections.

Considering the overall postoperative care,
