Before the surgery, my nose had a mild dorsal hump and a slightly drooping nasal tip,

which made the front view appear somewhat blunt and less defined.

After much consideration,

I decided to proceed with autologous rib cartilage rhinoplasty to achieve a more refined and balanced appearance.

which gave me confidence to proceed. The surgery addressed both aesthetic and functional issues,

including correction of nasal septal deviation and inferior turbinate reduction,

Now, I can clearly feel that my nasal airway is wider and breathing has become much easier.

Although nasal surgery can sometimes relapse over time, I’m currently very satisfied with the improvement.

In addition to the functional correction, I also had osteotomy and bulbous tip correction.

As the swelling subsided, I began to see more definition from the front view,

and at this point, my nose has settled into a natural and refined contour.

At every follow-up appointment, Dr. Kim and her coordinator have been calm, attentive, and detail-oriented,

which made me feel even more reassured throughout recovery.

People around me often say that I was lucky to have achieved such great results from my first rhinoplasty.

Since revision surgery is common after nasal procedures, I feel truly fortunate to have gotten such a satisfying outcome on the first try.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with both the functional improvement and aesthetic balance achieved through this surgery.
