The decision to undergo nasal surgery was driven by the desire to achieve a more masculine nasal appearance along with correction of a broad nasal tip.
I received autologous rib cartilage rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Kim Hyun-joo at RU Plastic Surgery. The nasal dorsum was augmented with a 3mm silicone implant, while the nasal tip was reconstructed and extended using autologous rib cartilage with septal reinforcement.
At two months post-surgery, the nasal structure feels solidly supported, with no signs of inflammation or complications. The nasal tip is notably elevated, and the alar base appears reduced, resulting in a harmonious and natural nasal contour.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the outcome, which has greatly enhanced my confidence and eliminated any dissatisfaction I previously had with my nasal appearance.
