1 Month After Revision Rhinoplasty for Contracted Nose

I had undergone multiple revision surgeries in the past, which ultimately led to a contracted nose. Knowing this would be my final attempt to correct it, I consulted with several clinics. The procedure involved using finely diced autologous rib cartilage wrapped in temporalis fascia to reconstruct the nasal bridge, and the tip was also built using rib cartilage. As a result, my nose, which had become shortened and upturned due to previous surgeries, has finally regained a normal and natural appearance.
Dr. Kim personally checks the condition of my nose at each follow-up, which has been very reassuring. Although there’s still some residual swelling at the front, which gives a slight impression of bulbosity, I’m now comfortably into my third month post-op without any major issues.
