1 Month After Male Rhinoplasty (Autologous Rib Cartilage + Silicone) at RU Plastic Surgery

It has been one month since I underwent male rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage and a silicone implant at RU Plastic Surgery.
Now that more than a month has passed, much of the swelling has subsided. In the early stages, I experienced some tightness in the nose when walking or eating, but currently, when at rest, the nose feels natural, almost like my original one. The pulling sensation while yawning or eating has also noticeably decreased, which is a welcome improvement.
Most of the bruising has resolved, and while there is still some residual swelling around the philtrum that creates a slight pulling sensation when smiling, I believe this will gradually improve over time. I was particularly concerned about the appearance of a short nose, but it seems to have been well corrected, and I’m very pleased with the result.
As time goes on, the shape is becoming increasingly natural and harmonized with my facial structure. I am satisfied with the outcome and truly grateful to Dr. Hyunjoo Kim for the excellent care.
