1 Month After Revision Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage and Silicone
본문

It has now been one month since I underwent revision rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage and a silicone implant performed by Dr. Hyunjoo Kim at RU Plastic Surgery.
The swelling in the columella area, which initially felt thick and pronounced after surgery, has significantly subsided, and the area that previously looked uneven from the front has become noticeably more natural in appearance. In the early stages, I was somewhat anxious about the nasolabial angle appearing too elevated, but it has since settled into a more stable and aesthetically pleasing position, which I’m satisfied with.
The nasal tip still feels firm, and there is a slight unnatural sensation when smiling, but I expect this will gradually improve with time. Discomfort from the rib cartilage donor site has also nearly disappeared, and I have no significant limitations in daily activities.
If the triangular appearance of the nostrils can be further refined, I believe my overall satisfaction will increase even more.
